There are several alternative bills pertaining to the mentioned problematics, registered under No. 1229, 1229-1, 1229-2 and 1229-3, in the Committee.
Participants of the meeting got acquainted with the proposals made by Kyiv city council regarding basic approaches to legislative settlement of the issue; granted a hearing to the authors of the bills and other members of the Working group; and discussed debating points.
Following the results of discussion, a unified standing was reached regarding deadlines for elaboration of a preliminary version of the bill on amendments to the Law “On the Capital of Ukraine – the Hero City Kyiv” that shall be elaborated by the chair of the Working group Yuri Bublyk and referred for examination, signing and further consideration in the Parliament by all the interested subjects of legislative initiative.
